Rental Information, Housing Department - City of South Euclid, Ohio

	Effective 12/22/2008, City Council made the following changes to the Rental Ordinance regarding rental fees: $200 for single family homes $200 for the 1^st unit in a multi-unit building; then $150 for each additional unit in a multi-unit building up to a cap of $3,000. Removal of $50 tenant change fee. Landlords must provide new tenant information within 30 days of a tenant change, but fee no longer applies. New Rentals yearly fee will be pro-rated by each month.
