South Euclid Ranks as the 2nd Most Livable Community in Greater Cleveland Greg Donley of the Heights Observer recently completed the Greater Cleveland Neighborhood Livability Ratings Report, a prototype study ranking 18 communities across the region on such factors as walkability, culture access, public school effectiveness, higher education access, commuting/transportation options, park and countryside access, median cost of home ownership, and more. Overall, South Euclid was rated as the #2 most livable neighborhood of the 18 communities studied. The 18 communities studied represent a cross-section of all the different types of places in which residents of Northeast Ohio choose to live, ranging from neighborhoods in Cleveland to the exhurbs.
