Vacant Properties

The City of South Euclid is pleased to offer an up-to-date listing of all vacant commercial properties within the city limits. This Database is compiled from records created by the Building Department and is assumed to be correct as of January 2010.

Our goal is for the Database to allow prospective businesses owners a simple tool to see what is available in South Euclid. While the listings are basic, we are always willing to work with property owners and prospective tenants to provide any information either party may need.

Prospective Business Owners, please feel free to contact Economic Development Director Ed Gallagher at (216) 381-1306, egallagher@seuclid.com; or Development Assistant Michael Love at (216) 381-0400, mlove@seuclid.com; if you would like us to assist in guiding you through the process of finding a new location, and also serve as your initial point-of-contact.

Each listing simply contains the basic information the Building Department currently collects. Property Owners, please feel free to provide us with any additional information we can include in our database to assist in attracting a prospective tenant. Any information, ranging from square feet, to brokerage contact information, to photos of the property, would all be very helpful in allowing us to help find the ideal tenant. Also, please let us know if you have a vacant property which was inadvertently excluded from the database, as well as properties which should not be included. Please send this information to commservices@seuclid.com

As always, feel free to contact us if you need more information about a particular property or would like to see a listing changed. We strive for accuracy, but we can only guarantee it with your cooperation and assistance. Good luck in finding your new location or your new tenant, whichever the case may be.
