 2011 Storefront Renovation Program:
Cuyahoga County’s Storefront Renovation Program is once again available to South Euclid commercial property and business owners.
The Storefront Renovation Program runs through October 31st and offers property and business owners the opportunity to receive a 30% rebate ($6,000 maximum) on exterior repairs. A tenant may also pay for the repairs and receive the rebate with the property owner’s permission.
Improving commercial property is a great tool for attracting businesses in this difficult economic climate, as cosmetic renovations can make a world of difference.
To participate in the Storefront Renovation Program, please review the information below. Please note, applications are due by October 31st, but you have 180 days from the date of application approval to complete the project.

The City will then guide business and property owners through the approval process.
