Recycling Collection

Per Ordinance 1411.081, no recycling container shall be placed in front of any residence or on the tree lawn prior to 6:00 PM on the evening preceding the day for recycling collection. Recycling containers are not permitted to remain for a period in excess of 12 hours from the time of collection.

Delays

In 2024, residential trash and recycling collection will be delayed 24 hours for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Campaign Sign Recycling

Campaign Signs can be dropped off year-round at the Service Center between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Computer Recycling

Discarded computers and computer equipment should be dropped off at the Service Center between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM from April 1, 2024 – April 26, 2024, and September 30, 2024 – October 25, 2024.

Electronic Recycling

Discarded electronic equipment can be dropped off at the South Euclid Community Center on Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Freecycle

Unwanted household items can be donated during Freecycle at Bexley Park on Sunday, August 18, 2024 from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM.

Holiday Lights Collection

Holiday Lights can be dropped off at the Service Center Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Shred Days

Residents are permitted to bring two boxes of paper for shredding at City Hall (1349 South Green Rd. – behind Police Station back parking lot) on May 11, 2024 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and October 19, 2024 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Tire Disposal

Used tires should be dropped off at the Service Center between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM from September 3, 2024 – September 24, 2024.
