|The South Euclid Green Neighborhoods Initiative is a federal grant funded project designed to showcase the versatility and potential of our|
affordable bungalow housing stock and convenient walkable community. Homes are being renovated and constructed using green building methods and resold to eligible owner-occupants. Community Gardens have also been placed in various locations around the City to build neighborhood camaraderie. An innovative public-private partnership, the Green Neighborhoods Initiative now enters its next phase with the assistance of the City's Community Development Corporation, One South Euclid.
