Welcome to South Euclid

Welcome to the City of South Euclid! We are a safe, vibrant, diverse, community of neighbors ready to welcome you home.

While you have many choices on where to call home, we hope you will see the benefits of choosing South Euclid.

South Euclid was born from the quarries that built Greater Cleveland’s first sidewalks and streets. Since that start, South Euclid has grown to a population of over 22,000 people and is now home to Notre Dame College, a rapidly growing co-ed liberal arts institution; University Suburban Health Center, a premier outpatient surgical center affiliated with University Hospitals; Cedars on the Green Pediatric Medical

Center;  the recently-expanded Aerocontrolex Group; Rochling-Glastic Composites, Gent Machine, and more.

Now truly considered “A College Town for All Ages” South Euclid offers a diverse housing stock designed to suit any taste. Housing is available to suit the needs of families, professionals, students, and empty-nesters. Our Housing options include; century-old farmhouses, cozy bungalows, single-family colonials, large estate homes, and brand-new single-family homes and condominiums.

Most importantly, South Euclid is all about location. The City is centrally located on the east-side of Cleveland at the crossroads of the Heights and Hillcrest Suburbs. South Euclid offers convenient access to just about anywhere. The City is minutes from Greater Cleveland’s premier cultural, medical and educational district, University Circle, home to the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and more. The City’s convenient location also provides residents with easy access to the area’s premier shopping destinations including Beachwood Place, Legacy Village, and the future Cedar Center District. Quick freeway access allows for residents to be in Downtown Cleveland or out in the peace and tranquility of the countryside, all within 20 minutes.
