The City of South Euclid Housing Department will conduct complete exterior inspections of all residential premises located on your street between the dates of May 1, 2017 and September 1, 2017. Exterior inspections will be made on the following streets:

Our proposed schedule may vary due to weather. The purpose of this inspection program is to determine the exterior condition of residential premises and is authorized by Section 1411.02, Property Inspections, of the South Euclid Housing Code. Printed on the reverse side of this letter is a guide describing some of the items that will be viewed during the inspection.
It is not necessary for you to be at home during the exterior inspection of your property. However, if you object to our entering onto your premises or wish to be present during the exterior inspection you must notify the South Euclid Housing Department in writing within ten (10) calendar days from the date of this notice. If entry is refused onto your premises the City may evoke its lawful right to obtain an administrative search warrant from the South Euclid Municipal Court to ensure fairness and compliance for all property owners in the City.
In the event violations are present, a copy of the inspection report will be mailed to you. If corrections are required, the notice will indicate the time permitted to make the necessary repairs. We ask for your cooperation with the Housing Department by making the required repairs in a timely manner and by adhering to the time schedule noted on the inspection report.
