Oakwood Commons Update:

Construction of Phase II of Oakwood Commons is almost complete.

TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Burlington, Famous Footwear, Steak ‘n Shake, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Payless Shoes are now open. Soon to follow will be AT&T and uBreakiFix, a national electronics repair store expanding to the Northeast Ohio area.  Also under construction is Season’s Kosher Market, a 20,000sf full-service supermarket. This is Season’s first location in Northeast Ohio and the store will be opening in early 2018.

All buildings are being constructed using the best practices in green building.

One outparcel remains available for development. As soon as a tenant is announced, it will be posted to this page.

Once complete, over 100,000sf of new retail and restaurant space will be at Oakwood.







The 21-acre Oakwood Green is also open to the public and is located behind Oakwood Commons. Both the parking lot and entrance to the park can be accessed off of East Antisdale Road. Oakwood Green offers nature trails, fitness equipment, and relaxing sitting areas.
